The ship will call at a series of captivating ports, including Piran, Slovenia; Zadar, Dubrovnik, Split, and Rovinj in Croatia; and Kotor, Montenegro. This inaugural journey signifies not only the launch of Silversea’s 12th ship but also the first to debut in 2023 within the Royal Caribbean Group®’s (NYSE: RCL) fleet, expanding the group’s global fleet to a total of 64 ships.What makes Silver Nova truly exceptional is its groundbreaking design.

The ship’s emphasis on openness over symmetry incorporates approximately 4,000 square meters of glass, creating an immersive experience where passengers are constantly connected to the destination through expansive views. The redesigned pool deck, situated on the starboard side, offers a unique perspective of the surroundings, while the new outdoor venues, the Dusk Bar and the Marquee, enhance the connection to the destination even further.One of the most spacious cruise ships ever built, Silver Nova boasts an impressive space-to-guest ratio of 75 gross register tons (GRT) per guest, the highest in Silversea’s fleet.

The ship ensures a personalized and attentive service with a crew-to-guest ratio of 1:1.3, including butler service for all suites. With 13 different suite categories, Silver Nova offers the largest variety of suites in Silversea’s history, featuring private verandas. The standout is the 123-square-meter (1,324-square-foot) Otium Suite, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and a 40-square-meter (431-square-foot) balcony with a private whirlpool.Silver Nova also boasts an array of bars, restaurants, and lounges, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts.

The cruise line introduces an innovative culinary program, Sea and Land Taste (S.A.L.T.), designed to offer a comprehensive culinary discovery experience that includes immersive excursions ashore, food lectures, hands-on culinary activities, and more.Following its maiden voyage, Silver Nova will spend the summer in the Mediterranean before embarking on a grand journey to the Caribbean and South America in November.
